Even a 10-minute walk every day will help you maintain a healthy heart – Avoid stress when possible and develop coping mechanisms when you are experiencing stress. – Keep blood pressure and cholesterol at safe levels. Your health and the health of your loved ones is the most important thing you have. Make an effort every day to maintain a healthy heart and educate others on how they can as well.
